Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference?

Halcyon are working in partnership with an award winning, nationally recognised care provider, who are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee their new project in Pembrokeshire, Wales. This 14-bed residential service, made up of 3 different units supporting adults with varying needs, including, learning disabilities, mental health, and acquired brain injuries.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational delivery of our high-quality supported living service. You will ensure compliance with CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) regulations, promote a person-centred approach, and lead a dedicated team to provide outstanding care and support. As the Registered Manager, you will work closely with the senior leadership team, ensuring best practises and regulations are always adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure high standards of care and support tailored to individual needs.

* Lead, inspire, and develop a committed staff team.

* Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold CIW standards.

* Manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.

* Foster a positive, empowering, and inclusive culture.

* Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.

* Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the service.

What they're Looking For:

* Registered Manager experience in a supported living or similar care setting.

* QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.

* Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and best practices.

* Proven leadership, staff management, and organisational skills.

* Passion for person-centred support and service development.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
