Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve budgets and margins for food and beverage operations, managing stock and costs
* Conduct stock takes and report results, taking corrective actions as needed
* Recruit, develop, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
* Ensure safety standards are maintained across the park
* Assist in park management and act as duty manager when required
* Hold regular team meetings and conduct 1:1s with staff
