Role Overview We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced PBM & PBS Trainer to join our Learning & Development Team. This pivotal role will involve developing, delivering, and implementing Positive Behaviour Management (PBM) training aligned with the ABMU PBM Framework, while championing the wider implementation of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) across our services. You will play a key part in our Reducing Restrictive Practice (RRP) strategy, promote trauma-informed support, and provide consultative input to service teams. The role also includes implementing active support and supervising staff undertaking Level 4 and 5 PBS accredited courses. Note: This role will involve travel to South, West and East Wales to support our growing organisation.
