Starting rate: £13.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Administrator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business supplying products to customers across the UK. The Role
As a Sales Order Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from order to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
2. Processing and progressing customer orders
3. Maintaining accurate customer records and correspondence
4. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
