Our new Karting Track will feature an in-house operated pizza restaurant and bar, open to guests, the public, and offering a delivery service across the venue.
Whenever possible, we source local ingredients and cook from scratch in-house. Our team is looking for staff to join our 45 full-time Chefs, Managers, Supervisors, and front-of-house staff, along with over 50 part-time colleagues who love food and thrive in a busy, safe, and happy environment of a world-class venue.
Job Purpose
To supervise front of house (FOH) staff within the catering department, ensuring excellent customer service and standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure catering areas are clean and tidy before, during, and after each shift.
* Understand fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and pizza restaurant operations.
* Manage stock to ensure all items are in date and properly rotated to minimize waste.
* Set up and clear catering areas for operational days.
* Supervise FOH staff during daily operations.
* Maintain high standards of service at all times.
* Ensure food is served and presented according to company standards.
* Assist customers professionally and courteously with queries.
* Complete and file all food safety documentation accurately.
* Pass necessary documentation to the Duty Manager at close.
Team Responsibilities
* Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
* Maintain a clean and safe workplace in compliance with Food Safety Laws.
* Collaborate with Catering Managers to foster teamwork among chefs and FOH staff, ensuring smooth operation.
* Participate in staff training as required.
* Assist with other catering areas when needed.
* Follow cash handling procedures accurately.
* Help achieve sales targets.
* Display POS products effectively to maximize sales.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Excellent customer awareness and communication skills.
* Professional personal presentation.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Full clean UK driving license.
* Knowledge of food handling, COSHH, and HACCP (desirable).
* Flexible working hours.
* Relevant experience in QSR or pizza restaurant sector.
