Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing the warehouse team to drive performance, engagement, and safety
* Overseeing goods inwards, storage, picking, and dispatch operations
* Ensuring stock accuracy through robust inventory control processes
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
* Working closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams to meet business demands
* Contributing to operational KPIs and reporting on warehouse performance
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Warehouse or Stores Management role within an Engineering setting
* Strong people management and leadership capability
* Experience with inventory management systems / ERP and is tech savy
* A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving operational change
* A hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to lead from the front
