Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional ready to lead our hotel's Front Office team? We're looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager to ensure our guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead with Excellence: Manage and motivate the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered at all times.
2. Oversee Operations: Ensure all front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and billing, are completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Streamline Processes: Develop and implement procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office, including managing inventory and supplies.
4. Coordinate Seamlessly: Work closely with other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
5. Enhance Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest feedback and implement changes to continuously improve service.
6. Train & Develop: Train new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance the skills of all team members.
7. Drive Success: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.

Ideal Candidate
24. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
25. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
26. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively
27. Proficient in hotel management software, such as Opera or Fidelio
28. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
29. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
30. Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and improving guest satisfaction
31. Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays

Conveniently located between junctions 11A and 12 of the M5, the hotel is only a 5-7 minute drive from the motorway, whether you’re traveling north or south.
The hotel features 95 bedrooms, including 6 family rooms, and meeting rooms for up to 180 delegates. It also has a Civil Ceremony licence and a versatile wedding suite that can accommodate up to 200 guests.
