Role - Cover Supervisor
Start Date - ASAP
Daily rate - £90 - £110 a day depending on experience
Location - Folkestone
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and passionate cover supervisors to support a range of secondary schools in the Folkestone area.
The Role:
Supervise and manage behaviour in the classroom during staff absence
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
Provide support to students as needed
Ensure adherence to school policies and proceduresRequirements:
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
Previous experience as a cover supervisor within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
Ability to manage behaviour effectively
Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
