Our ground breaking pharmaceutical client, is currently seeking a HR professional, to provide administration/assistant support. The company is going through a growth period and the role will initially focussed on the support around onboarding.
A 6 month contract with the potential of going perm (dependent on business needs in the future), the role will be hybrid working located in central London, working within a professional, friendly office of approx 50pp.
You will be required for the first few weeks to travel a couple of times a week to Wales (easy commute from Paddington) to train, conduct a handover with the current HR person who is based in their Welsh office.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running, have relevant experience gained working within the HR function, familiar with the support around onboarding but also have a wider knowledge of HR to assist where needed.
A fast learner, proactive - a confident communicator, with superb attention to detail, have the ability to multitask.
Team player attitude, flexible, a positive and enthusiastic personality.
Open to qualified or non CIPD (experience gained from the workplace).
