Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in Python, FastAPI, and React to help us build reliable, scalable products. If you enjoy working across the stack and care about writing quality code, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
* Building and maintaining backend services using Python and FastAPI
* Developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React
* Designing and consuming RESTful APIs
* Collaborating with product and design to turn requirements into features
* Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code
* Improving performance, reliability, and overall system quality
What we’re looking for
* Commercial experience with Python and FastAPI
* Strong experience building front-end applications with React
* Good understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architecture
* Experience using Git and working in collaborative teams
* A problem-solver who takes ownership and enjoys learning
Nice to have
* Experience with cloud platforms
* Familiarity with Docker or containerised applications
* Knowledge of authentication, security, and scalable system design
