SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Mansfield Pay: £90- £103.39 per day (term time only) Contract: Temp to Perm - Full-Time or Part-Time (3-5 days per week) Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm Start Date: Immediate A Rewarding SEN TA Role Monarch Education is working with a warm, inclusive school in Mansfield to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and behaviours that challenge. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right person, offering consistency, support, and the chance to make a real difference. You will work across several school sites, providing 1:1 and small-group support, delivering tailored interventions, and helping pupils regulate emotions, engage in learning, and develop independence. Due to the multi-site nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
