Key Responsibilities:
As Night Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of overnight operations, including:
4. Completing audits and overnight reports
5. Assisting with banking duties when required
6. Carrying out security checks across the buildings
7. Handling fire evacuations if needed
8. Managing the night team and ensuring all duties are completed
9. Supporting the overall running of the Hotel overnight
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this Night Manager role, you should have:
10. Previous experience as a Night Manager in a hotel
11. First Aid & Fire Safety Certificates are required
12. Strong communication and leadership skills
13. A calm and professional approach during busy periods
14. Good attention to detail and organisational skills
15. Confidence working independently overnight
