Job Description
What will you be doing :
You will help maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures, and fittings, using safe working practices to protect the asset and ensure a functional, pleasant, and safe environment for all internal and external customers.
Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience include :
* Experience in hotel maintenance, fixed plant, and equipment systems.
* Trade qualification within the construction industry (preferred).
* Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance strategies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working as part of a small team.
* Self-motivated, proactive, punctual, and reliable.
* Flexibility to accommodate shift work.
