Blue Arrow, a top-tier UK staffing agency known for delivering tailored recruitment services, is currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist - fluent German for a well-established client based in Ashby De La Zouch. This is a 3-month temporary position with a hybrid working model.
Location: Ashby De La Zouch (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00
Start Date: Immediate, following a successful interview
MUST speak Fluent German
Role Overview:
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support through various channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
Troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, servers, and networks
- Managing and resolving support tickets using Zendesk
Logging and tracking issues, and maintaining detailed documentation
- Reporting bugs and updates using internal systems (in English)
Participating in team discussions and sharing insights
✅ What We're Looking For:
-Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
-Familiarity with remote assistance tools and CRM/ticketing platforms
-Strong communication skills in both English and German
-Willingness to work flexible hours (initially weekdays, with potential weekend shifts later)
Knowledge of databases, ideally with SQL experience
