Job Description Equifind are working with a brilliant renewable energy fund who are at the forefront in the market, and have seen some incredible results over the past couple of years. They focus on sustainable sources across Northern Europe, and have backing from multiple institutional investors. They’re looking to hire an ambitious recently chartered accountant to join the team from a fund finance perspective. Working across a plethora of funds varying across respective assets in the portfolio, you’ll report into a Head of Finance; and further through to a seasoned CFO who is looking to add in plenty of commercial aspects to the role from an asset level. Currently fundraising their 7th fund, they’re expanding across Europe, and have bolstered the business by 15 heads in the past year alone. Key Deliverables: Management and review of accurate fund accounting, prepared by fund administrators Timely production of the quarterly investor reports, liaising directly with the fund administrators Management of capital call and credit facility cashflows Support the Head of Finance and Investment team with the fund valuation calculations Active management of year end fund audit process Support the production of the Fund’s cash flow forecast and subsequent monitoring thereof Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc payment runs Calculation of quarterly management fees Provide support for investment transactions in relation to the fund Management and support of investor and internal queries, as required Required Experience: Qualified accountant with 0 - 1 years PQE Experience across private equity, investment management or renewable audits Familiarity with fund audit or tax processes Passion for sustainability and sustainable infrastructure assets Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail Package Includes: Base salary £60,000 - £70,000 Annual competitive bonus Private healthcare Company Pension Scheme Life Insurance Critical Illness Income Protection
