As a Business Services Manager, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice and overseeing the delivery of accounts and business services. Key Responsibilities

* Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
* Reviewing accounts, tax returns, and other financial reports
* Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
* Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines

Requirements

* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of accounts and business services
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
