Accounts Administrator – Ballymena - £28,000

Duties:
* Process customer invoices promptly and with accuracy.
* Record and track incoming payments to ensure accuracy.
* Manage credit control by following up on overdue accounts and resolving billing or payment discrepancies.
* Reconcile customer accounts and prepare detailed aging reports.
* Apply cash receipts to customer accounts within the accounting system.
* Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and issue account statements when needed.
* Provide accurate AR reports and schedules to support month-end close activities.
* Maintain well-organised records of invoices, receipts, and related correspondence.
* Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and supplying required documentation.
Criteria:
* Previous experience in a similar role covering AR, billing, or collections.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
* Previous use of accounting software
* Advanced Excel skills
