Lead Procurement Officer
Duration: 6 – 12 Months Initially with possible extensions
Rate: Negotiable D.O.E
Hybrid Working Arrangement – 2 Days per week onsite (Tuesdays essential)The key requirements are: • MCIPS or can demonstrate working towards level 4 accreditation as a minimum• Evidence that the candidate has led on complex end to end tender processes for procedures such as Competitive Procedures with Negotiation and Competitive Dialogue• Have led on the procurement of complex, multi-million Frameworks or DPS’• Have extensive experience working in the Transport arena, either in Rail, Bus or Light Rail (Metro), either in the Public or Private sector• Have knowledge of, and can competently apply the PCR2015 or UCR/CCR2016• Potentially have or have had Line Management experience previously• Have experience of both drafting and managing NEC contracts
