With continued client demand and increasing caseloads, an opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join the growing team in either their South Westoffices.
You’ll be part of a close-knit department known for its loyalty to clients and team-first mindset. The family team is small but incredibly stable, with team members typically staying for 10+ years. About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with NQ to 5 years’ PQE to join a dynamic and growing team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the department’s future growth. The role will involve:
* Handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, separation, children matters, and some financial remedy.
* Advising clients with a compassionate and pragmatic approach.
* Working closely with senior solicitors and gaining hands-on support where needed.
* Reporting into a 5+ PQE fee earner while benefiting from firm-wide collaboration.
* Participating in internal knowledge sharing and on-the-job training.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with NQ to 5 years’ PQE in Family Law.
* Be confident, proactive, and ready to grow within a close-knit and long-standing team.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and a genuine interest in private family work.
* Ideally have some experience or interest in family finance (though this is not essential).
* Be committed to delivering high levels of client care and service.
* Thrive in a team-focused, collaborative environment with a strong ethical approach.
