Day to day tasks:
1. Booking Vetting appointments and ensuring these are attended.
2. Setting up visitors passes and doing pre-announcements
The Ideal Candidate will have:
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Good track record of problem solving in a work environment.
6. Be confident in using both Excel & Word
7. Able to work autonomously whilst maintaining a high standard of service.
8. Good analytical & time management skills - able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
9. Comply fully with legal obligations and safety requirements of the industry.
10. Health & Safety regulations
11. Positive and approachable attitude

Hours of work - Full time - 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday (08:00 - 16:30.)
Hourly rate £12.88
Fixed Term Contract - 21st July 2025 - 31st October 2025
