We’re working with a fast-growing live entertainment company looking for a creative and strategic Head of Marketing to drive audience engagement and brand visibility. This role offers the chance to shape marketing strategy for an exciting events business while working with a talented and passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximise audience engagement and ticket sales
* Lead digital and social media efforts to strengthen brand presence
* Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative campaigns
* Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to expand reach
* Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and optimize performance
* Mentor and support the marketing team to ensure impactful execution
Who We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing within entertainment, music, events, or audience-driven industries
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to campaign execution
* Strong expertise in brand-building, digital marketing, and audience growth
* Skilled in social media, content strategy, and community engagement
* Leadership experience with a passion for developing teams
* Bonus points for experience with ticketing, partnerships, or e-commerce platforms
