Regular Duties of the Bodyshop Technician role:
6. Perform high-quality vehicle painting to an excellent standard
7. Carry out panel repairs and replacements, including light MET work
8. Prepare vehicles through filler work and finishing repairs to industry standards
9. Conduct structural repairs where needed
10. Utilise state-of-the-art equipment within a modern facility
11. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety procedures
12. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Main Requirements of this Bodyshop Technician vacancy:
13. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vehicle painting and panel beating
14. Proven ability to deliver high-quality repairs on a variety of vehicles
15. Level 3 vehicle painting and panel beating qualifications preferred
16. Strong MET skills and experience with structural repairs
17. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
18. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
19. Committed to health and safety standards and best practices
Additional Requirements:
20. Relevant industry certifications in painting and panel work are advantageous
21. Willingness to adapt to modern repair techniques and equipment
22. A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on quality
