Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering with one of our clients in the Scunthorpe area to identify a HRBP to join their team. This is a super opportunity to join a highly commercial, fast paced HR team and business. Reporting into the Head of HR the role will partner with a specific area of the business providing a generalist HRBP support with emphasis on employee relations and stakeholder support and relationships.The role is 37.5 hours per week and offers 1 day working from home as well as: Annual bonus Private healthcare Life Assurance Retail discounts Subsidised canteen and free car parking As HRBP you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support the growth and development of the organization. Your expertise in employee relations will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement. There will be occasinal travel in the role to work with stakeholders at sites. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide HR guidance and support to achieve those objectives. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and employment laws. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing effective solutions and recommendations. Develop and implement HR initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention. Support performance management processes, including coaching managers and facilitating performance reviews. Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve workplace culture and productivity. Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies at all times. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in employee relations and handling complex HR issues. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent HR qualification is highly desirable. We look forward to receiving your application!
