In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Salaried GP has the following wider responsibilities:
* Participate in the spectrum of clinical governance processes.
* Participate in formal training events promoting best practice in area of expertise. Provide leadership and education for members of the multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance and support when necessary.
* Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
