D&D Corporation Ltd is currently recruiting for a Packer of Health, Beauty & household branded products within our growing e-commerce business. The business is based in HP12 4JD. Please only apply if you are within a 30-minute commute.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, honest, and hard-working person who is well-organized with excellent packing and stock management skills. This key role requires the candidate to work autonomously, check deliveries, and efficiently manage stock within the warehouse. As a Packer, you will be responsible for checking customer orders, printing shipping labels, and packing items for shipment.
The successful candidate must be able to think logically to manage and rotate stock, maintain excellent fitness levels, and have a forward planning mindset. You should be skilled at packing products to high standards and stacking pallets securely for shipments.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Locating correct goods as per customer orders and picking lists.
* Using trolleys or pump trucks to move goods within the warehouse.
* Inspecting goods for damage or faults before packing.
* Using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe shipment.
* Applying correct shipping labels to packed products.
* Stacking and shrink-wrapping goods onto pallets for shipping.
* Maintaining fully stocked storage areas.
* Adhering to health and safety policies.
* Storing stock correctly and safely at designated locations.
* Meeting weekly KPIs related to accuracy, stock levels, tidiness, and shipment deadlines.
Key Requirements
* Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths.
* 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
* Ability to accurately check and prepare customer orders.
* Knowledge of industrial packaging techniques and materials.
* Up-to-date knowledge of warehouse health and safety policies.
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 kg safely.
* Skill in stacking goods on pallets for bulk shipments.
* Honest, hardworking, organized, and autonomous.
* Good common sense, confident communicator, with excellent manners.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Willingness to learn, grow, and achieve results.
The working hours are from 08:45 am to 5:30 pm with a 45-minute lunch break. Occasionally, late stays may be required. The role involves working 7 days a week, with shifts on Saturday or Sunday depending on the rota. Please apply only if you live locally or can commute within 30 minutes.
