Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator based in Basingstoke. The Lettings Negotiator will handle day-to-day activities such as conducting property viewings, communicating with landlords and tenants, coordinating tenancy agreements, and marketing available properties. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving targets within a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Experience in property viewings, tenancy negotiations, and client management
* Knowledge of property marketing tactics, including advertisement creation and promotion
* Detail-oriented with effective time management and organizational skills
* Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet targets
* Previous experience in real estate or lettings is advantageous, but not essential
