Key Skills and Responsibilities
* Client Relationships: Lead a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family-run businesses, ensuring a personalised approach to tax and advisory services.
* Tax Planning Expertise: Deliver tailored advice across areas such as Income Tax, CGT, IHT, succession planning, and trust structures.
* Leadership: Manage and mentor compliance teams while fostering technical development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
* Technical Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely personal tax compliance filings and maintain a high standard across advisory projects.
* Business Development: Contribute to local business development while maintaining commercial awareness and building long-term client partnerships.
