Your main responsibilities within this role will be: • Coordinate apprenticeship workshops, business networking events and workplace experiences for students. • Maintain tracking and reporting of data for the student career interactions and events with Employers, HE and FE on Unifrog and post-16 and post-18 intended destination data and actively plan and support Alumni events. • Remain up-to-date with current developments within CEIAG, using this to inform collaborative school planning, reporting to Senior Leaders. • Research and keep up to date with new opportunities for students to access. • Organise school careers events to celebrate initiatives including Green Careers Week, • Work with the Head of Sixth Form to agree the schemes of work for Post 16 students. • Evaluate and continually improve the Careers events and Careers lessons seeking feedback from Student Voice, parents, employers, teachers, Governors. • To ensure that the Careers program is fully inclusive, liaising with the ASL’s for Pupil Premium and Most Able, SENCO and the College Destinations Lead. • To manage the Careers Budget. • To manage the Careers Ambassadors programme. • Lead on the use of Unifrog for students, staff and parents ensuring that age-appropriate activities are set and recorded on the platform. • To attend GCSE results day If you are interested in joining a vibrant, engaged and supportive community of teaching experts then please do not hesitate to click here to apply for this position or for further details, including the job description.
