About the role
As the Senior Commercial Manager for Beliv, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, increase market share, and elevate our brands to new level of success. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our brands, working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring our brands remain competitive and relevant in the market.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Brand Manager
* Develop and execute long‑term brand strategies and annual plans in partnership with the Head of Marketing, ensuring alignment with Refresco UK’s overall brand direction.
* Use consumer, customer, and category insights to guide brand decisions, identify NPD opportunities, and drive profitable growth across all channels.
* Lead brand planning, pricing, promotional activity, and trade marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams.
* Manage forecasting, product mix, packaging, and stock to maintain profitability, minimise obsolescence, and support accurate demand planning.
* Monitor brand performance, control marketing budgets, and deliver compelling consumer and trade communications through agencies and internal teams.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, maintain best‑practice processes, and uphold all company policies relating to safety, hygiene, and good housekeeping.
About you
The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG experience, ideally within the soft drinks sector. They will demonstrate exceptional analytical capability, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation. Success in this role requires the ability to listen, influence, and build alignment across teams, while managing multiple priorities with clarity and focus. Experience in category and customer management is preferred, along with the ability to draw meaningful insights from diverse data sources to drive informed, strategic decision‑making.
