Position Details:
1. Role : Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Neurological Rotation
2. Location : Hampshire
3. Contract Type : Full-time
Responsibilities:
4. Providing high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for neurological patients.
5. Developing individualized treatment plans to support patients’ rehabilitation goals.
6. Collaborating closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
7. Rotating through different neurological settings to gain diverse experience.
Requirements:
8. Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
9. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
10. Experience of complex discharge planning and of working with external agencies
11. Experience of working with service users and their families
12. Documented evidence of CPD
