Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Lowestoft. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.
Qualifications
No experience required.
Driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
Shift patterns include mornings, days, evenings, nights, and waking nights from 10 PM to 7 AM. Every other weekend off is usually provided for work‑life balance.
Must have a DBS check. Must have the right to work in the UK.
Due to the provision of intimate care, our clients may request a carer of a specific sex. This vacancy is restricted to women only.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. Your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.
We use technology that streamlines administrative tasks and enhances outcomes, allowing you to focus on caring for our clients. Predictive technology and risk alerts empower care teams to make informed decisions and act quickly, resulting in fewer hospitalisations and reduced fall risks.
