PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join their Growth Team, a group of four dedicated to building the agency's brand, showcasing work, and attracting new clients and top talent.
The role involves creating standout content, developing creative concepts, and ensuring effective amplification across target audiences. The position reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with the Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in an award-winning agency environment, helping to tell PrettyGreen's story.
Experience in Consumer PR, Influencer, and Experiential sectors is advantageous.
Responsibilities include:
1. Project Management: Maintaining the marketing grid, developing social media plans, and coordinating agency and industry activities.
2. Content Creation: Producing social media content, writing posts and blogs, and collaborating with the Studio and freelancers on complex content.
3. Social Media Management: Managing paid campaigns, monitoring engagement, and trend tracking.
4. Podcast Support: Assisting with production, scheduling, and promotion of the 'What They Said' podcast.
5. Email & CRM: Sending newsletters via Mailchimp, managing contact databases, and segmentation.
6. Website & Online Content: Managing WordPress content, SEO optimization, updating site information, and coordinating website updates with external developers.
7. Analysis & Reporting: Tracking content performance using tools like Google Analytics and producing reports.
