Job Description:
Accounts Administrator – ASAP Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to hit the ground running.
Key Details:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 8:00am – 4:15pm
3. Temporary position
4. Immediate start (ASAP)
5. Weekly pay (every Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
6. Processing invoices and managing accounts data
7. Supporting day-to-day finance administration
8. Maintaining accurate financial records
9. Assisting with general administrative duties within the accounts team
Requirements:
10. Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
11. Experience using ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred)
12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Desirable: Knowledge or experience within the machinery industry
