Job Description
* To produce food to a high standard in line with the Country House and Customer expectation, ensuring the reputation of The Venue and The Group
* Support the Head and Sous Chef, stepping up when the Head Chef is absent to fully support Sous Chef.
* To assist with training more junior team members and encouraging casual team members.
* To attend chefs meetings and in house meetings as and when required.
* Hours will include Breakfast shifts and Evening Buffet Shifts, but no "split" shifts.
* To maintain health and hygiene standards, ensure up to date with all new and current legislation including allergens.
