We’re seeking an experienced and operationally focused General Manager to deliver BUSY At Work’s national portfolio of Employment Services. This is a hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end operational management of our Workforce Australia and Transition to Work programs, which span from Far North Queensland to Victoria. You’ll ensure programs are delivered efficiently, meet contractual and compliance requirements, and achieve strong performance outcomes. Working closely with the Executive General Manager, you’ll translate strategic direction into operational execution—leading regional teams, managing service delivery frameworks, and embedding continuous improvement to drive real outcomes for jobseekers. Your day-to-day will see you: Set the operational vision and drive excellence across national employment programs Inspire teams through strong leadership, coaching, and workforce development, while driving accountability for meeting KPIs and delivering exceptional service outcomes. Grow the business through strategic tendering, diversification, and funding opportunities Foster key relationships with government, employers, and community partners Manage budgets and resources to ensure high-performing, sustainable services This is a fixed-term, full-time position for two years, ideally based at our Southport Head Office on the Gold Coast.
