About Our Client

Job Description
3. Support the financial integration of newly acquired companies, including system setups, process alignment, legal, and data migration.
4. Assist with consolidation of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
5. Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances as part of the integration process.
6. Collaborate closely with finance teams across entities to standardise reporting and accounting practices.
7. Prepare and review journal entries related to integration activities.
8. Assist in the identification and resolution of accounting discrepancies during the integration.
9. Support the preparation of management reports and financial analyses related to integration progress.
10. Work with auditors and external consultants to ensure smooth financial audits during integration.
11. Provide ad hoc financial support to the integration team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a technically strong Interim accounting professional with experience of end to end business integration and process alignment
