We are currently seeking an interim Senior Facilities Manager (Workplace Service Delivery Manager), to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based at Blackfriars on London's Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a full-time temporary to last until the end of May 2026, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up between £70,400 - £75,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
Please note, due to the urgency of the role, a maximum of a 2-week notice period can be considered.
The scope of the Senior Facilities Manager (Workplace Service Delivery Manager) covers office sites in the UK and Ireland, including Unilever's Global Headquarters. The role will be responsible for leading the Workplace & Travel and Fleet Services transformation and be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of Workplace & Travel Services in line with established service levels and service line strategy. The services scope of this role includes primarily Facilities Management (both soft and technical services). The services scope will also include activities across the other Workplace & Travel Services areas (Real Estate, Travel, Fleet Management, Sustainability initiatives and building projects).
Key Accountabilities
1. Support the implementation of Evolution Project in UK and Ireland, encompassing Future of the Office, Re-imagine of Services, Hybrid Working models and Digital Workplace.
2. Deliver the implementation of Re-imagine of Services, transformation program with scope of Facilities Management to deliver employee experience, safety and wellbeing to Unilever.
3. Accountable for the day-to-day site FM service delivery in our Offices in line with established service levels and KPIs whether provided by a third party or by Unilever WPS team.
4. Collaboration management: Management of key FM suppliers and various 3rd party suppliers
5. Resolution of performance and service quality issues; Escalation to Europe Workplace Director Manager as needed
6. Deliver innovations and improvement projects aimed at improving cost and service
7. Implement workplace strategy to drive savings initiatives and programs
8. Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting of both services and financials.
9. Budget management and P&L responsible
10. Preparation and assurance of accuracy of various WPS related reports (i.e. Coupa, Planon, Fleet, Sustainability etc.)
11. Evaluate operations and propose improvements as appropriate
12. Vendor Management-Evaluating various supplier proposals and recommendations
13. Conduct supplier performance reviews and participate in established and agreed governance structure
14. Conduct site business relationship management (stakeholders management)
15. Oversee and supervise the implementation of various site projects such as office renovations, maintenance works, office re-stacking, etc.
16. Drive regional WPS initiatives and programs
17. Support Work Permit authorizations at facilities
18. Drive sustainability and ED&I agenda in Offices across
19. Drive and adhere to the Safety & Security culture and standards in Workplace Services
20. Be the workplace Subject Matter Expert
21. Being a line manager and drive the people agenda to the UL workplace team.
Key Requirements
22. Extensive experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Services, preferably in a Supply Chain Environment or corporate office environment from a MNC or large and reputable local organization; This includes delivery and management of KPIs, SLAs, and relevant FM contracts.
23. Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders or varying seniority, providing seamless support by anticipating workplace needs, fostering clear communication, and proactively addressing potential challenges, coupled with a proactive approach that ensures potential workplace situations are addressed efficiently and responsively, contributing to a seamless daily operation.
24. Capability to implement FM local and regional programs and initiatives.

26. Ability to establish rapport externally and internally in a multi-cultural environment.
27. Have financial basic understanding
