As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for, assisting clients, installing laptops and PCs, supporting network infrastructure and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential! In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Support Technician, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Assisting clients using the very latest tools. Troubleshooting and maintenance of systems and cloud applications. Monitoring and reporting on client data backups. Installation of client laptops / PCs and devices with latest Microsoft Operating Systems. Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of Windows OS and client software applications. Networking and Infrastructure support - Firewall, Switches, Routers Configuration and Maintenance. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal at all organisational levels Experience of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environments. Demonstrate attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet all the required deadlines and expectations Ability to think on your feet and react positively to given situations. Must be self-motivated Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Apprentice.
