You will lead, manage, and develop operational crews, acting as the first point of contact for councils, while maintaining full oversight of service delivery, performance, and compliance.This is a people-first leadership role requiring strong communication, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to challenge, investigate, and drive accountability across teams.What you NEED to bring to the table:Minimum of 3+ years experience managing frontline teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (e.g. retail, hospitality, logistics or similar environment)Proven experience handling people management issues, including performance, conduct, absence, and conflict resolutionExperience using data, reports, and performance metrics to monitor and improve operational performanceGood level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Working knowledge of Health & Safety practices and relevant operational standardsBonus Points if you have:Understanding of operational service delivery within logistics, waste, or similar environmentsWho you are:Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations and drive accountabilityClear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writingConfident in managing difficult conversations and challenging poor performance constructivelyStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindsetProactive, resilient, and consistent in maintaining high standardsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce insightsAbility to coach, support, and develop team members to improve performance and engagementDeadline to Apply:Get your application in by Friday 22nd May @ 9 AM sharp!Heads up: We might close the role early if the right person rolls in so dont hang about!WHJS1_NI
