Vehicle Technician (Mechanic)

Location: Watford
Salary: £60,000 OTE (uncapped earnings)
Welcome Bonus: Up to £2,500*
What you'll do day-to-day:
Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
Inspect vehicle components for wear, damage, or replacement needs
Provide professional technical advice to customers as required
Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and repeat business
Collaborate closely with service reception and workshop teams for smooth operations
Support and mentor fellow technicians, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing
Skills & qualifications required:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality
Team player with good communication skills
MOT licence advantageous but not essential
Valid UK driving licence required
