We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant who has experience in supporting high quality teaching and learning opportunities across Early Years, KS1 and/or KS2 with a particular interest in making meaningful learning opportunities to ensure all children can engage and progress, irrespective of their starting points or individualised needs. Having an understanding of how to engage with children who require intervention and support is essential in this role; with a view to promoting the value that targeted learning opportunities can play in building knowledge and masterful learners; growing in confidence day by day.
