What’s the role about?
As a Care Worker, you’ll be a key part of the support system that helps our residents live with independence, dignity, and joy. From assisting with daily routines to providing emotional support, your presence will be both comforting and empowering.
You will:
* Follow care plans and risk assessments tailored to each individual
* Work alongside professionals who share your passion for person‑centred care
* Help maintain a safe, supportive, and clean environment
* Bring energy, compassion, and a positive attitude to every shift
What we’re looking for:
We’re all about the right attitude – if you’re caring, reliable, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you! Experience in care is great, but not essential – full training (including medication administration) will be provided.

The Details:
Part‑time, Permanent role – 28 hours per week
£13.69 – £14.59 per hour (NCC Band 4: £26,403 – £28,142 FTE, pro rata for part‑time employees £19,980 – £21,296)
Shift pattern: 3‑week rota consisting of a mix of early (7:30 am‑3 pm) and late (2:30 pm‑10 pm) shifts. ½ hour break every shift.
Location: Tynedale House, Tynedale Drive, Blyth
