* Work closely with senior leadership while gradually taking ownership of projects and client relationships
* Act as a bridge between Directors and junior engineers, supporting mentoring and team development
* Involved in a varied workload including structural design, surveys, assessments, and early‑stage project input
* Exposure to work winning, fee proposals, and long‑term business development
* Projects across healthcare, commercial, and education sectors

* Chartered or Near‑Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE / MICE or working toward)
* Experience within a generalist structural engineering consultancy
* Strong structural design capability across building structures
* Desire to develop into a client‑facing, project‑running role
* Ability to mentor and support graduate and junior engineers
* Experience delivering projects from concept through to construction
* Software experience with Tekla and/or TEDDS beneficial, but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
