Team Member Peak Season (Sales) - Norwich Hayhill (N103174)
Hours: 21.25hrs per week (Sun 11:00–15:00; Wed 08:00–12:00; Thu 10:00–18:00; Fri 09:30–15:45)
About the role: Be part of our busiest season this year. Temporary and flexible roles on the sales floor team. We need hands‑on team members to help create a great experience for every customer, supporting our store from the lead‑up to Christmas through to the End of Season Winter Sale.
As part of our sales floor team, you will:
* Offer fast, friendly service at all times, helping customers find exactly what they need
* Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products
* Keep the sales floor looking great, easy to shop, and well‑stocked
* Support across the store, including working in the stockroom and helping process deliveries
* Move stock quickly and efficiently to the sales floor
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and managers
* Take ownership of your own development and learning
Key dates you’ll be needed:
* Wednesday 24th December
* Saturday 27th December (our biggest sale day!)
* Sunday 28th December (may also be required)
About you: Friendly, reliable, and ready to take on whatever the day brings. Whether you have retail experience or are trying something new, you are keen to learn and happy to get stuck in.

* Quick to learn and willing to try new things
* Self‑motivated, positive, and dependable
* Well‑presented and proud to be part of the team
