Job Description
* Hourly Rate of Pay - £15.68 inc 15% night shift allowance for hours worked between 10pm-6am
* Shift - 42 hours, 4 week rotation - 12 hour shifts including days,nights and some weekends
* Stadium 2 - South Elmsall
As System Control Shift Leader you will be required to;
* Be the main point of contact for escalations in the absence of the System Control Manager.
* Work with the System Control Manager to set performance standards for System Controllers on your shift to ensure the flow of material through the warehouse is optimised.
* Ensure the team follows working procedures and adhere to all H&S policies at all times.
* Demonstrate a good technical knowledge and understanding of the warehouse systems and SCADA, using yourknowledge to determine appropriate actions and solutions, escalating where appropriate.
* Ensure all systems and hardware within the Control Room are functioning correctly.
* Ensure there is a clear communication pathway between systems and maintenance engineers, escalating any issues to the System Control Manager and Site Maintenance Manager as appropriate.
* Supervision of System Controllers, planning and coordinating the daily workload, deputising for the System Control
Manager as required.
* Produce relevant reports as requested by the System Control Manager regarding system control data for the wider
maintenance and warehouse management teams.
* Work with the wider maintenance team, assisting in fault-finding tasks to ensure rapid resolution.

* Demonstrate an excellent technical knowledge and understanding of the warehouse systems and be able to use the
knowledge to determine appropriate actions or solutions
* Be flexible and willing to amend working hours to cover absences across all shifts
* Have the ability to prioritise and manage own workload, with excellent problem solving skills
* Demonstrate an ability to lead, coach and supervise a team
* Be a real team player with excellent communication skills
* Demonstrate excellent decision making skills
