We’re supporting a growing organisation in the specialist healthcare sector as they expand their UK commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, relationship-led sales professional looking to take ownership of a high-potential territory.
The Territory
Covering key ophthalmic and hospital accounts across:
Norfolk & Norwich, Lincoln, Boston, North Lincolnshire & Goole, Hull, and West Suffolk.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and managing key NHS relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering against sales objectives. Success will come from building deep account knowledge, stakeholder mapping, and creating tailored plans for decision-makers and influencers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer data and delivering high-quality clinical discussions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with candidates who are:
* Energetic, motivated and commercially minded
* Confident engaging with clinicians at all levels
* Experienced in healthcare field-based sales
* Strong planners with excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working autonomously and taking accountability for results
* ABPI qualified or willing to work toward it
Experience within ophthalmology or hospital sales is desirable but not mandatory.
