We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager to oversee our Scotland operations within a leading UK water hygiene and legionella control company. Based out of our Coatbridge office, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to our clients across multiple sectors. This is a key leadership position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, offering an exciting opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams. What's the role? Lead and manage the account management and operational performance of the Scotland branch, ensuring delivery of high-quality water hygiene and legionella control services. Drive business growth through effective management of local and national contracts whilst developing new opportunities. Lead, mentor, and support the regional team of management, supervisors, engineers and office roles to achieve KPIs and service excellence. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with the business plan. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability. Maintain strong client relationships, addressing service issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure quality assurance and adherence to operational procedures. Oversee recruitment, training and ongoing development of the regional team. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, industry regulations and internal quality standards. Produce and present regional performance reports to senior management. What You’ll Need Proven experience in a leadership or regional management role within the water hygiene, legionella control, or environmental services industry. Strong understanding of ACoP L8 and other relevant compliance and health and safety standards. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams. Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, financial targets, and operational performance. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects across a the region. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland to other regional offices within the business, where necessary. IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting systems.
