Your new role
The Finance Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department in a broad and busy role.
1. Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
2. Receiving and recording invoices from suppliers
3. Allocating and producing PO's
4. Allocating payments
5. Managing employee expenses
6. Aged debtor reporting
7. Resolving queries from key stakeholders and clients
What you'll need to succeed
8. Knowledge of the Xero and MS Dynamics would be advantageous
9. Strong analytical skills and experience analysing financial results, trends, financial KPIs and financial ratios.
10. Proactive attitude, high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
11. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
12. Strongmunication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel in thepany.
