Our client, a leading motor trade company based in Stafford, is actively looking to recruit a skilled Fast Fit Technician to join their busy service centre. Basic salary up to £32,000 plus performance-based bonus
Five-day working week: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with optional Saturday work
21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Work with a variety of makes and models in a high-quality workshop settingDuties of the Fast Fit Technician:
Conduct fast fit services including oil changes, tyre replacements, brake inspections, and suspension repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
Perform vehicle inspections to identify potential repair needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Keep up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology through regular training
Support the team with additional routine maintenance tasks as requiredRequirements:
Proven experience as a Fast Fit Technician, tyre fitter, or exhaust specialist
Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory
