Due to winning new contracts, our client is seeking Water Hygiene Engineer / Water Treatment Engineer based in London to undertake cleans and disinfections, water sampling, descales, flushing and deadleg removals. Experience / Qualifications:
* Fully versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Successful experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer / Water Treatment Engineer
* Independent and diligent
* Skilled in IT software with good literacy and numeracy
* Travel in line with company requirements
* Working to set personal targets
The Role:
* Writing up regular service reports
* Cleans and disinfections on cooling towers
* Water sampling
* Temperature monitoring
* Cleans and chlorinations on CWST
* Collecting samples from closed loop systems
* TMV servicing, repairs and failsafe checks
* Deadleg removals
* Using chemicals on main injections
* Showerhead descales
